About me
My name is Miloslav Simandl. I was born in 1989 and I live in Blatná. I am a graduate of an apprenticeship - blacksmith, shoemaker in Hněvkovice near Týn nad Vltavou, where I also completed an extension study in economics. At present I am in private business. I am involved in horse training, shoeing and horse shows in the Czech Republic and abroad.
I have had my oldest horse Deny since I was 12 years old. He is a Czech warmblood, born in our breeding. We started to learn the natural partnership method together and we are still improving in this exercise. Now I train with six horses at the same time. All exercises are done in freedom. In 2009 I bought a 6 month old mare named Apawi. She is a cross between a Cob, an Appaloosa and an Andalusian. In September 2012 I added a 4 year old Remi gelding of the Rhëiglander breed to my herd. In 2014 I brought Madroño as a 3 year old, he is a representative of the Pura Rasa Española breed. In December 2016, I expanded my team with my other partners Narvador 3 years old and Desiré 3 years old of the Pura Rasa Espaňola breed.
My show is a human-horse partnership at the highest level. The horses practice free dressage and circus elements. Of course there is a bow, lie down, sit, Spanish step, piaffe and passage. Our highlight is a free-running performance with all six horses running side by side. I stand on the back of two of them and we jump over fences. This act is very attractive for the audience. In 2013 we had 160 performances in the Czech Republic and Germany.
