About me
My name is Miloslav Simandl. I was born in 1989 and I live in Blatná. I am a graduate of an apprenticeship - blacksmith, shoemaker in Hněvkovice near Týn nad Vltavou, where I also completed an extension study in economics. At present I am in private business. I am involved in horse training, shoeing and horse shows in the Czech Republic and abroad.
I’ve had my oldest horse, Deny, since I was 12 years old. He’s a Czech Warmblood born in our own breeding program, and together we started learning the principles of natural horsemanship — a journey we continue to refine and grow through every day. Proximus, born in 2019, is a stunning Pura Raza Española stallion. Desiré, a Pura Raza Española mare born in 2013, forms the main breeding pair together with him. In 2024, our herd expanded with the arrival of Casiopea and Anabelle, both of the Pura Raza Española breed. A year later, in 2025, Karmen joined the family — also a proud representative of the same lineage. The youngest addition to the herd is Aura, born in 2025 right here on my ranch. Like the others, she too carries the graceful spirit and beauty of the Pura Raza Española.
My show is a human-horse partnership at the highest level. The horses practice free dressage and circus elements. Of course there is a bow, lie down, sit, Spanish step, piaffe and passage. Our highlight is a free-running performance with all six horses running side by side. I stand on the back of two of them and we jump over fences. This act is very attractive for the audience. In 2013 we had 160 performances in the Czech Republic and Germany.
